We build intelligent food machines — hardware, software, and a native AI layer — that automate food service end to end.

01What we build

Food service has barely changed in decades. It still runs on manual labor and individual experience. The tools on the market are partial: a machine with no brain, software with no hands, or AI with no connection to the physical world. None of them does the whole job.

We do. Our hardware layer does the physical work — prep, cooking, assembly — precisely and repeatedly. Our software layer schedules and optimizes every step in real time. On top sits a native AI layer, large language models trained on our own store data, that watches operations, makes decisions, and improves the store every day.

The moat is integration. We don’t sell a machine, a dashboard, or an AI module. We sell one system in which the hardware acts, the software coordinates, and the AI learns from real operating data and gets better over time.

The result: food service moves from manual, experience-based work to standardized, scalable, machine-driven operations.

02Proof customers love it

Our stores earn their reputation without spending on promotion. Customers post about us on Google, Yelp, and Instagram — reviews, visits, word of mouth — because they want to, not because we paid.

Why it works: the machines take the grunt work. Robotics and automation handle the dirty, repetitive backend. That frees staff to do what machines can’t — talk to customers, personalize orders, make someone’s day.

Behind the counter, production is standardized and consistent. In front, service is human. That combination is what earns the reviews.

03Who is behind us

Y Combinator funded our seed — the most selective startup accelerator in the world.

Our lead angel is Trevor Blackwell, a robotics researcher and co-founder of Y Combinator. His backing is a robotics expert vouching for a robotics company.

Alongside institutions and angels, a growing community of investors has backed us through Wefunder — people who want to own a piece of robotics making food service more human.

04What it does for the people who work here

Food service jobs are hard: physically exhausting, repetitive, high turnover. That’s why the industry can’t keep staff. We change the equation.

Machines do the strenuous, repetitive backend work. That lowers the barrier to entry and makes the job lighter — a student or first-time worker can do it well and actually enjoy it.

More importantly, we change what the job rewards. Today it pays for repetitive production labor. In our model, it pays for what humans do best: serving customers, reading the room, creating an experience. The work shifts from manufacturing to hospitality. That’s a better job for a lot of people.

05How we get there

We build in phases, on purpose. Phase one was hardware that doesn’t break. Most food robotics is fragile; ours runs reliably in real stores, day after day.

From day one the hardware was designed to connect, not to be a standalone box. Cross-device linkage, compatibility, cost control — all built in. That foundation is what makes scaling possible.

Now we build on it. Beyond basic repetitive tasks, we’re automating higher-value workflows — optimizing drink and product logic, cutting operating cost, delivering better value at a lower price. Reliable hardware first, intelligence on top: that’s how the moat widens.

06Where we started, where we’re going

We started with a food truck. It was the test: can machines and people work together behind a counter? They can. We opened our first store, then a second and a third. We crossed $1 million in revenue. The model is proven.

Our mission is bigger than any single number: put robotics and native AI to work across the entire food and service industry.

The point isn’t automation for its own sake. It’s to make food service more human — warmer, more entertaining, more fun. Machines handle the repetition; people deliver the warmth. That’s what we’re building.
